Workplace Investigations Pre-litigation workplace investigations for human resource departments include allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, and retaliation claims. LMI prepares an investigative procedure plan that normally includes interviews of the complaining witnesses, review of all relevant documents, interviews of all relevant witnesses with detailed reports of interviews as well as analysis of findings and conclusions.
