About the Instructor

Linda Montgomery has been a professional investigator since 1983 and is the current director of Linda Montgomery Investigations, Inc. Ms. Montgomery operates a full service investigative agency with specialties in civil and criminal trial preparation, background investigations and a variety of corporate investigations. 

In addition to operating the business, Ms. Montgomery is a certified trainer by the State of Washington, providing frequent training seminars for new  PI’s.  She is also co-founder and past president of the Washington Association of Legal Investigators, www.WALI.org,  an organization formed to provide an educational forum for investigators throughout  the State to help improve the skills and level of professionalism of the PI industry.

Ms. Montgomery has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences and organizations for PI’s, attorney’s, and businesses and she is a member of many professional PI organizations. She also is a past president of the Council of International Investigators, www.CII2.org.  

Previously featured in many articles for her professional work as a PI including the Puget Sound Business Journal and The Seattle Post Intelligencer, Ms. Montgomery was listed as one of the “People You Need to Know” in Seattle, by Seattle Magazine in their July/August 2000 issue.
